Yes, both are optional extras. Water sports and cruises run in the dry season, and jeep trips to Dudhsagar run outside the monsoon. Mention them when requesting your quote.
We don’t recommend it. The monsoon brings heavy rain and rough seas to Goa, swimming is restricted and many beach shacks close. November to February is the best window.
