Your driver collects you from your hotel in Delhi and takes you to Hazrat Nizamuddin station (allow about 45–60 minutes). Board the Gatimaan Express at 8:10 am in an AC chair car; tea and breakfast are served on board.
Your guide and vehicle meet you at Agra Cantt station and take you straight to the Taj Mahal. Spend about two hours in the gardens and inside the mausoleum.

The train is faster, around 100 minutes each way against 3–3.5 hours by road, and more predictable. The trade-off is a fixed timetable: you reach Agra at 9:50 am and must catch the 5:50 pm return. The car gives more flexibility on timing.
